General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Services

1.1 We provide mobile vehicle cleaning and detailing services at the location agreed with the customer.

1.2 The exact scope of the service depends on the booking.

1.3 We reserve the right to adjust the service if the actual condition of the vehicle differs materially from the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.


2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

2.1 A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the booking (verbally, electronically, or in writing).

2.2 By making a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

2.3 All bookings are subject to availability.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for operational or safety-related reasons.


3. Customer Obligations

3.1 The customer must ensure that:

  • safe and lawful access to the vehicle is ensured

  • sufficient working space is available

  • the service may be carried out at the agreed location

  • the vehicle is accessible and, if required, unlocked/open

3.2 The customer must inform us of all circumstances that may be relevant to the performance of the service, in particular:

  • existing damage

  • defective or sensitive vehicle parts

3.3 The vehicle must not contain any illegal or dangerous items, in particular no sharp objects, chemicals, or other hazardous substances.

3.4 We are entitled to refuse, suspend, or discontinue the service if the above requirements are not met or if safe performance cannot be ensured.

3.5 If the service cannot be provided due to the customer’s failure to meet the above requirements, we are entitled to charge up to 30% of the agreed price to cover travel, time, and operating costs.


4. Prices and Payment

4.1 The stated prices apply to standard passenger vehicles up to the size of a typical SUV.

4.2 Vehicles exceeding this size, as well as vehicles of particularly high value, may be charged at a different price.

4.3 We reserve the right to charge additional costs if the vehicle condition, location, or accessibility requires increased time, labour, or travel effort.

4.4 Additional costs will be communicated to the customer, where possible, before or during the provision of the service.

4.5 Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service and before leaving the service location, unless otherwise agreed.

4.6 In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge late fees and to refuse future orders.


5. Cancellations and No-Shows

5.1 Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

5.2 In the event of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the agreed price.

5.3 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for operational or safety-related reasons.

5.4 If the service cannot be provided due to failure to meet the requirements under Section 3, Section 3.5 shall apply.


6. Liability

6.1 Liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

6.2 To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damage or loss attributable to pre-existing damage, defects that are not detectable or not disclosed, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances beyond our control. This also applies in particular to personal items left in the vehicle.

6.3 The customer is obliged to remove all valuables and personal items from the vehicle before the service is carried out.

6.4 Any damage must be reported immediately after completion of the service and before leaving the service location. Damage reported later cannot be considered.

6.5 Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.


7. Complaints

7.1 Complaints must be reported immediately after completion of the service.

7.2 We must be given the opportunity to inspect the service and, if necessary, remedy it before any further measures are taken.


8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

  • working conditions are unsuitable or unsafe

  • the vehicle poses a risk to personnel or equipment

  • the customer behaves inappropriately, abusively, or in a threatening manner


9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for handling the booking, providing the service, and communication, and is handled in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.


10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.
